The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

I waited all day- he never called or showed. Mr. Wilson advised that his wife had forgotten to write down the appointment. They never called to apologize. I've had it!
