It’s never fun when you have a leak in your water pipes. But having Royal Plumbers come out and work on it was so non-stressful. Austin went above and beyond to explain everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. Very pleased with the company and their staff. Roseann was also very helpful when I would call, and she kept me updated on when to expect them to be out. Got a text message from my neighbor one early morning telling me that I had a water leak! Panic set in as I thought about who I should call to help me. After some solid recommendations from FaceBook I called the guys at Day&Night and I'm so happy I did. They were out to my house in a flash. I called Lamar Plumbing for a issue with my drainage and specifically made the appointment for camera use and it was 150 a hour, well they did absolutely nothing being that their camera is 2 inches and my pipes are 1.5 inches and I still was charged $262.00. They were only at my house 1 hour and I was charged for 1.75 hours, I didn't realize their time starts when they leave the shop go pick up tacos and etc....the time should start when they get to my house. NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing worse than a backed up sewer on a Saturday with company coming over. After calling several companies, Shoreline Plumbing came through quickly! Carlos was courteous and answered all my questions. In the end he was able to find the problem-a broken connection at the city connection that caused baby wipes to get caught. I got the line cleared out and now know what to do next. PS, don't flush any type of wipes down the toilet!!
