Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. I had scheduled for a hydro jet drain cleaning and was informed when he got here that the individual just came here for an estimate and couldn't do it today. Another thing is he came 6 hrs late and wasted my time by being unable to do anything. By far the worst service would not recommend.

Nothing worse than a backed up sewer on a Saturday with company coming over. After calling several companies, Shoreline Plumbing came through quickly! Carlos was courteous and answered all my questions. In the end he was able to find the problem-a broken connection at the city connection that caused baby wipes to get caught. I got the line cleared out and now know what to do next. PS, don't flush any type of wipes down the toilet!!
