Who ever answers the phone needs training in customer service. I called and I was told “please hold one second” like 4 times in a 2 minute span. Called later to schedule, and I was put on hold again, this time once.

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Thank you Lance!!! I will add you to the Christmas Card list. Job well done.

Day & Night helped me out of a real bind.
We had a house full of family and needed a new water heater. They offered to come the same night after 6pm but I said it would be great if they could come the next day. Plumbers were very kind and efficient. Fixed me up before noon.
Highly recommend these folks.

We considered Lamar as a long term partner to manage properties. But they came over to fix an issue, told us they couldn't or wouldn't fix it, and then proceeded to charge us $189 for absolutely nothing. Then when the property manager called to question the bill, this is her quote. And the person I spoke to said, it’s not their fault that house has “crappy appliances” and the faucet wasn’t Moen. I was extremely offended. Our appliances are good appliances. If they had just charged a nominal visit fee, that would have been understandable, because gas is expensive. But $189 for nothing is outrageous. Be warned.

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

This company does not guarantee their work! They were hired to install a bathroom toilet and tub hardware at my residence. One month later they were called back to inspect tub water leak after first time use. In less than 10 min I was charged $123. They had the audacity to tell me not to fill the tub to the overflow drain cover or water would leak onto the second floor ceiling. Unacceptable is too great of a word for this company.
