Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

This was the best overall plumbing experience I've had in over 26 years. Adrian was efficient, informative and respectful. I was very happy to have made this choice and I will be referring them to anyone I can. They fixed my leaks and everything else on my plumbing laundry list.
