I had a property that required a complete overhaul of the existing plumbing. Years of neglect from the past homeowners and the home foundation never being repaired, required me to have the entire home ran with new plumbing.

To say that they were qualified for the task is an understatement. While working on the property they allowed me to ask questions (hopefully I wasn't too annoying) and Daniel was able to answer my concerns. During this time (COVID-19) when getting an inspector out to the property is delayed they were able to pass with flying colors without the need to fix any mistakes.

For the up and coming future they will definitely be my go to for future projects.

Great service. I was given an appointment time and then received a phone call to tell me that my plumber Julian was done with another job early and was on his way to my house. He showed up 20 minutes later and fixed every issue he found and the estimate i was given is what I payed.

They were out within one hour of being called. Spent all day tackling the problem. Love the transparency with the in-pipe camera so you can see for yourself what's going on. Highly recommended

Drum plumbing has been our go-to for 3 years now. We needed help when our water heater leaked all over the garage, and they responded in person the same day. I was absolutely blown away with this company. I woke up this morning to super cold water for my morning shower (this is my cup of coffee for me). I had a really hard time finding a plumber to work on my water heater. I tried three other companies and never received a reply. The water heater in question is only 4 years old. The original plumber no longer does residential work. I was worried because the weather is going to get colder in a couple of days. Lamar plumbing sent someone within a couple of hours. Trevor did an amazing job of not only fixing the problem. He thoroughly explained the issue and the fix. Once he fixed that. He realized the original plumbers set the thermostat too high which caused the problem AND they had not connected some of the pressure piping because they crushed it with a wrench. He diagnosed and fixed all the problems! As he was done he asked if there was anything else. I was worried about the outside water valve not being insulated and with the upcoming weather conditions I mention the issue. He said, “ it’s your lucky day. I have pipe insulation from another job.” He applied it to the pipe quickly. Trevor was professional, competent and personable. From my phone call with the office staff to the actual work. They did an amazing job. You don’t find people like this anymore. A company I would definitely recommend.

My water heater was not working consistently and I called them to diagnose the problem. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the water heater. I am very pleased with their service.

Quick fast and reliable. I had two other companies come out with no luck. Reliable Smart plumbing fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Phillip even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are the BEST!!

Just don't bother. The website says that a lot of customers call for service after seeing a company truck in the neighborhood That is exactly what I did. The site also says they offer residential repair, rerouting as well as new construction When I called for service the very rude female who answered the phone informed me they ONLY do new construction. Either this is false advert or everyday rude, lazy employee who doesn't want to work. Whatever the issue save your time. Might I suggest changing your ads and/or firing the woman who answered the phone on the morning of 1/23/2020
