I had a Generic Genarator Installed and needed to have natural gas ran to the Generac. I called Ocean Plumbing and they came out and did a very nice job. I'm very meticulous and wanted the gas line to run across the back of my home to be look clean and neat. I was very impressed with the quality of work. Also they worked well with the electrian to complete the job in a timely manner. I recommend them is you would like to install a Generac Generator .

We had an appointment for Thursday, had to call for ETA. Julie sd bcuz they were busy, we got rescheduled to Monday. I asked Manager, why wouldn't the people scheduled on Friday get bumped to Monday instead & she couldn't explain. In so many words, I let her know that's not good Customer Service.

Manager then sent a guy out Friday to estimate. He walked around for 30 minutes & left. Never heard anything back. Now here we are Monday a.m. & still no estimate or explanation on why the whole process is taking days. Asked for Owner, only go to leave a msg but NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. They end up emailing an outrageous estimate, making us think, they may not know how to fix the problem or perhaps they just don't want the business ... either way we went with Royal Plumbing to get the job done :)

They got there on time, did a good job quickly despite the heat and mosquitos and didn't overcharge for parts or labor.

Quick fast and reliable. I had two other companies come out with no luck. Reliable Smart plumbing fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Phillip even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are the BEST!!

Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.

I was inquiring a position they needed filled, the guy told me w/my 10 yr experience in steel fabrication he'd start me out at $15 an hr.
so i showed up to look around, once he saw me, he quickly said i can pay you $10 an hr not the initial $15 that i would expect to do what he was asking (i could run this place easy), While the job description entailed
