Graf plumbing responded quickly and made the necessary repairs. What I didn't like was the plumber had to go get parts. I was charged $110.00 an hour while he went to 2 plumbing supply companies looking for the parts. How about calling ahead to see if the parts are available... But that's just what I would have done. He was gone well over an hour.

Called and requested plumbing service on 08/18/2020. They sent someone out same day. I was very impressed with Raymond and his helper. They wasted no time at all, replacing my 40' gas service line in just a few hours. The customer service and subject matter knowledge was of the highest quality. The price was given up front before they started. The amount was quite fair for the superb service and the project being completed in a timely matter. If you want peace of mind, I would definitely call these guys.

Drum plumbing has been our go-to for 3 years now. We needed help when our water heater leaked all over the garage, and they responded in person the same day. Had Lamar Plumbing come out to do an estimate for my parents on a leaking gas pipe. Charged $200 for what the city already told me was the cause and issue. Said they would call back the next day..still waiting on the call back. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business. I would look around before using them.

Quick fast and reliable. I had two other companies come out with no luck. Reliable Smart plumbing fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Phillip even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are the BEST!!

Just don't bother. The website says that a lot of customers call for service after seeing a company truck in the neighborhood That is exactly what I did. The site also says they offer residential repair, rerouting as well as new construction When I called for service the very rude female who answered the phone informed me they ONLY do new construction. Either this is false advert or everyday rude, lazy employee who doesn't want to work. Whatever the issue save your time. Might I suggest changing your ads and/or firing the woman who answered the phone on the morning of 1/23/2020
