Drain King provided outstanding services for the replacement of clay and cast iron sewer pipes from the home to the city cut off. All employees from technicians, Daniel and Able, to office staff, Maria and Rosa, and several others were professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Everything from the digging to pipe replacement were done in a timely manner. In addition, their estimate was very competitive and fair. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely use Drain King again!

It’s never fun when you have a leak in your water pipes. But having Royal Plumbers come out and work on it was so non-stressful. Austin went above and beyond to explain everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. Very pleased with the company and their staff. Roseann was also very helpful when I would call, and she kept me updated on when to expect them to be out. We woke up this morning with our main line busted and like any first time home owners we panicked. My wife contacted Mike and he told us he would be here as fast as he could and it was fast. Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.

Purchased various plumbing products for new home here, all functioning well. Bought 10k worth of kitchen equipment (Wolf) all of which failed in the first two years! Unfortunately, these guys don't have a service department. The people that handled the service work took weeks to fix, thank God it was all still under warranty. Painful experience for high end goods!
