Water heater leaking at drain, could have been repaired in 15 minutes but inexperienced technician went the long way, charged 2.5 hours.

Payed for an AC diognastic and they said it was low on freon charged us for freon. It has been 39 days and system is not morning again they say we have to pay for another diognastic. If it needs more freon then they didn't do their job right the first time. Don't use this company

Fast, friendly and reliable!

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.

Knowledgeable, honest, and punctual

This company was installing all new lines in a new construction next to my home. Their inconsiderate employees trampled all over my lawn and threw their PVC pipes onto my driveway. They pumped the water in the ditches in front of my house onto my driveway and destroyed a portion of my grass. If this is how they do business with such lack of consideration for other peoples property, then I can only imagine what type of job they will do for you. And for those who have an opinion, Its all on video, they had plenty of room to complete their job on the other side of the property and I did contact them; however, they refused to contact me back. Zero stars is not an option, but that's what they should have earned!
