Best Maintenance And Repairs in Corpus Christi TX

I am only giving them one star because I couldn't give them a 0! We had a terrible experience with them. We scheduled a hydrostatic test for a purchase of a home. They were scheduled to be there at 8:15 AM and didn't show up until 8:30. After about 20 minutes he found the clean outs that he needed and then walked around for about 10 or 15 minutes before my husband and my realtor went out and asked him what he was looking for. He then proceeded to tell them that he could not do the test because of where the clean outs were located. He left at 9:15 and charged us for 1 1/2 hrs of WORK!!! He did not do the work he was scheduled to do!!! We paid him but called his manager to dispute the charge. They informed us that there was a charge for travel time ( which we were not aware of), however, it only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get to our home, not 45 minutes!!! They told us that they would refund the half hour if we would have someone ELSE come BACK out and perform the test! Bad business!!! The BBB will be getting a letter.

It’s never fun when you have a leak in your water pipes. But having Royal Plumbers come out and work on it was so non-stressful. Austin went above and beyond to explain everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. Very pleased with the company and their staff. Roseann was also very helpful when I would call, and she kept me updated on when to expect them to be out. The work was done and explained to me along the way. Anything that was done was always run by me first. Clayton and Art were very respectful and seem to work well together. I will definitely call on ABC from now on before I call anyone else. And their prices seem to be more affordable then most plumbers I called. Thank you everything!
