Lamar's Plumbing very good service and clean when they are done

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Thank you Lance!!! I will add you to the Christmas Card list. Job well done.

Had a water heater go out in one of our cabins late on a Friday evening. Josh dropped what he was doing and drove all the way down here and knocked it out in no time. Friendly service, quick service and attention to detail. Highly recommended from Baffin on the Rocks.

After being let down by another company (for multiple days) that I recently received a service by, this company not only ensured to keep me informed of my service window, but actually performed the service within the hour, and took less than an hour to complete the service. I highly recommend them. My technician was professional, experienced, communicative, and overall great! Back in 2012 I had my whole ac replaced from inside to outside including the duck work . I couldn’t get in the attic to make sure that the work was done the way they said it was done and the way the drawings showed. Now it’s 2023 and had water in a light cover that could have burned my house down. Opened up the ceiling and to my surprises I had 12 feet of old duck work that they had spliced to new duck work. Once I told Malek AC about it they came out and saw all of the sweating on the old duct work they gave me a quote for $1900. I though I had already paid for it. I would never use Malek AC again. I don’t trust them at all. Tiger AC come out to replace the air duck for $275.00 so be very careful who you call.

Dishonest and not up front with costs. They ran a camera through our pipes and said it would be set cost. Then then ran more tests without letting us know what was being done and also charged for that. They did not get back to us in the time they said they were going to get back to us. A supervisor by the name of Tony came by to take more measurements after some of their employees had already came and did so. He then said he was going to get back with us the next day with an estimate for more work to be done and we never heard back from him. We called once more and they told us Tony was out of town and he would get back to us and it has been over two weeks. To this day we have not heard back from them. I could go on and on but I will end this here. By far one of the worse companies i have ever dealt with.
