Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Called for a leak under our deck that resulted in having to turn our water off. Chris and Brent came within a 1/2 hour, capped it, and returned the next day (Christmas Eve!) to do a more permanent fix. Great service at reasonable price. Will use them again, no question!!
