Best Water Softening in Columbus OH

Lady was very nice upon first call.....scheduled me between 5:30-7:30 which was great. 7:35 rolls around and still no word, so I called. Again very nice, said she would have the dispatcher give me a call to give me an update....again great. 8:30 rolls around and no call, So I call again, on hold for quite some time and quite a few transfers and the dispatcher said he can't get anyone out tonight.....when i asked why he just said we couldn't get there. After I prodded sooner, as I had a flood at my house....he said the truck is broke down which sounded like he made it up. I then asked for his name and he hung up.....I called back and they said the dispatcher would call back. Didn't get an call back again. Next day still no answer. Called someone else.

Nicole, the technician who performed the repair was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to talk about the repair she performed. I intend to ask for her every time we need plumbing work done. I’ve never had a better experience with a contractor and I will recommend this contractor again and tell folks to ask for Nicole!!

Simply change the pre-filter when it's needed and Waterman will change the tank every 2 years.
