Best Water Draining in Columbus OH

When our only bathroom became a lake of nastiness we called roto rooter.. nervous, and not knowing what to expect , Andrew showed up and worked miracles. He was professional and friendly, and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. The entire team has been so great to work with including them helping with submitting the insurance claim, and clean up.I am so thankful for this team of professionals, and the work that they do. Not only fixing the plumbing issues, but making the whole process less stressful than I thought possible. I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

My flood pump broke and i found out before it does any flood in my basement, I called this company, they sent two technicians, i told them how urgent it is, they asked me to go and buy new pump and they will replace it for $510 just replacement, it's expensive but I went ahead and bought new one, just to avoidany flood. I called him to comeback and fix it, the dispatch asked to wait, waited more than 5h, he didn't come and nobody showed, I called the company again they asked me to reschedule for the next day and I have to wait until the next day, I told them how urgent it is, how my basement would flood if rain falls, and it's bot right to let me down after waiting all that time, I could've called another company to come in and fix it...etc.
During the night, there was rain fall and my finished basement flooded, carpet damaged, smell...etc. it was nightmare.
I was very happy to find out about the pump before any flooding but because of this very unprofessional company, my basement got clooded anyway. I won't forgive them.
Do yourself a favor and Stay away from these people

Chris did a great job replacing our old kitchen faucet after it broke. He was thorough, efficient, courteous, COVID compliant, very friendly. We've had good success with Roto-Rooter in the past, this week's work and to that positive experience.

Working with Brian and his crew was great. He was completely honest and upfront with me from the beginning. He didn't try to get me to do anything extra. He genuinely wanted to help. This is actually the second time I've dealt with the company, different services the first time, very pleased with the outcome for both and would recommend this company to anyone.
