Awesome customer service. Friendly technician. He couldn't fix the problem (because it was larger than the capability of his equipment), but was honest , didn't charge us and referred us to the company that could help us . This is the way you get repeat business!!

Purchased a hot water heater. Had it installed by a certified installer and it would not work. Called Worly, they made us call another number and the person there would not answer questions about returns or refunds, acted like we were Stupid. Let them speak directly to the installer, treated him the same. After testing the product it was found to be defective. Total run around.
Now when we get the needed part, we will have to pay overtime to get the installer back out. Worly will do nothing to help.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.
