Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

I had a leak from the pipe going into my hot water tank. Called around to get a service person all told me it would be four to five days before they could come. This company told me they could be here the next day. The repair man, Mark P. , was a blessing. He analyzed the problem quickly and did the repair. He was WONDERFUL.
