Best Plumbing Emergencies in Columbus OH

This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

They didn’t bring the proper equipment to remove my old hot water heater. I also thought they were very very expensive over priced. They have a $230 an hour rate but they also have a rate per whatever they’re installing. I wanted them to do some extra work, but it was so overpriced. I wouldn’t have them do it.

Beyond satisfied with my experience, service and cost. Paul was the plumber I worked with. He called 10 minutes ahead of time and he came within the 2 hour time period I was told. I would happily recommend Plumbing One to friends/family and I plan to use them from now on for any Plumbing needs. Thank you Paul and Plumbing One!
