Can't say enough about The Waterworks. We have been very happy with the level of service the company has provided to our business, so we asked them to help us at home this morning with a water leak. It's a bad way to start the day when you're surprised by water leaking from your kitchen down into your basement. But Bradley arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered options, and completed the job expeditiously. Bradley is very experienced and offered expert advice on how to manage our particular situation going forward. It was nice to have a personable, calm and efficient expert on the scene to so quickly fix our problem. Highly recommend!

He's the pro I worked with. Good work! From planning to the actual appointment, the customer experience was excellent from start to finish! I appreciate you explaining the problem with my shower not working properly and I am also grateful for explaining the various repair options. This will save your contact and most likely reuse it. I have worked with two other plumbing companies and they were not as good as this company!

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

I use Doc Thompson for all of our plumbing needs. They do great work and Matt Thompson has done a great job of hiring and keeping exceptional employees. They are always super kind with the homeowners and very reliable. We plan to use them for many years to come!

Eddie was able to fit me in same day, he was prompt, polite, and efficient.
