Technician gave great service. Was expecting to have to replace our sump pump but instead he tightened a seal and told us we were good to go. Free of charge. Could not ask for better service.

Hi - we had blockage in our septic lines in our house. 1st visit was fine but they said we need to see septic. They said they could come back on Saturday to finish job. I made call on Saturday saying I needed appointment today and they said dispatcher would contact me which they did not. I called back again an hour later and dispatcher said sorry we don't service my area on weekends. So much for 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Not very good communication within the office.

On friday evening I had a major water line break. Christian (service technician) was here within an hour. They got the pipe fixed, and the water back on within the next hour. They sent out two guys to set up dehumidifiers, and got the mess cleaned too. Everyone was very polite and made sure my questions were answered.

They did an excellent job! They answered all my questions, were very informative of what they were doing and what was going on. They were very nice and did great work. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in need of help with water issues.
