The tech (#3643) was excellent! He knew what he was doing and performed a check of the drain which indicated that it was functioning perfectly. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did not indicate that I needed any service at this time. This is my second experience with Roto-Rooter both of which were very positive. The first time a few years ago I did have a stopped up drain which they fixed and I paid for their work and experience.

Technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were also very respectful of their surroundings.

Did a good job but expensive.

My parents basement flooded and significant water damage. Ben was able to come over and help us right away. Thank you again for all of the hard work!
