Just had Stevenson Service out for a furnace check-up. Lavon Haynes was the tech and is a very nice young man. He was polite, respectful and explained his findings and recommendations for the future in a clear way. He showed me how to change the furnace filter, something I didn't know how to do.

Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to be stood up! And the promise to reschedule weren't kept either. Horrible customer service. Happy to have found a more professional company to hire.
