Our story will echo most of the other reviews here. Excellent people and service. We originally contacted a very advertised HVAC company when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Their tech looked at the furnace for 15 minutes and told us it would cost nearly $5000 to repair - so we might as well buy a new one. Carpenter's techs Derek and Greg worked on it for 2 hours and it runs perfectly now. There was no need to buy a new one. If you want honest, hard-working people to help - then look no further than Carpenter.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

Our aged water heater has been limping along for some time now and would require a $400 fix, so when it gave up the ghost I called Mike (and scheduling) in late morning. They had someone out to replace it within a few hours! By dinner time we had hot water again. Our installer Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He even found a small gas leak we were unaware of and repaired that at the same time. Special thanks to all of your staff for a fast, friendly and professional job.
