Not only, he resolved the problem in half hour but throughout the process of unclogging he educated me what the problem was and how to maintain the pipes clogged free in the future. He was extremely thorough in cleaning after the procedure . Didn’t feel like someone came in and left. He was a thorough professional.I am extremely happy with the service that Roto-Rooter provided. My wife called me telling me the tub was leaking into our kitchen. I called around and everyone was closed or unavailable. I called these guys and they answered immediately, told me they had guys in the area, and sent someone over within 30 minutes. They inspected the leak and showed me how I can solve the issue quickly WITHOUT CHARGING. They could have fixed it and charged me anything or charged for the trip out here.
(we all have experienced plumbers that charge without rhyme or reason). I'm gonna fix the issue today but they have a customer for life.
