Mr.Rooter plumbing technician showed up within an hour and took care of the problem. We received email notifications about the arrival and promptly sent report/invoice after completeing the tasks. I am impressed with the speed, responsiveness, use of technology and also including 'before & after' pics for comparision. I would recomend the service to anyone.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!
