Scott and I are from the same small-town area and both teach at the same college here in Columbus so I thought I could trust him to install new plumbing and a shower pan in a bathroom addition. Scott assured me when I asked that he would put the required cement under the shower pan when installing to stabilize it. He would schedule a date and time over and over, as he strung this work out for months, then not show and not call--again and again. I had to contact him each time after an hour or two went by with no show and he would respond hours later. Since he'd already started the work, I kept working with him. Once the shower pan was installed, he told me in no uncertain terms that he put in the required cement underlay, pointing out that he had to mix the cement even though he had a bad back and that he's been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he's doing. Later, I had to remove new shower tiles and the shower pan to find it had NO CEMENT under it, which is why it was creaking. During the plumbing install, I also awoke to a flooded bathroom the next morning and he had to come and repair his install. He asked me to pay him half part way through, and I did, even though it was taking months as he would be a no-show or come for an hour or two then leave. I checked for reviews online and could find no website and not a single review anywhere--until now, 1.5 years later. The only reviews I see now are from the past few weeks, so BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust Scott. And I assume this review will get scrubbed like any past reviews about his astoundingly poor service and ability to lie and think nothing of it.

Kevin and Justin from Flush Drains were excellent at explaining the issues for some leaks and water pressure issues we had in our new home. Anthony is incredible. Two weeks after moving into a new house water was pouring into my living room and puddling up in my bathrooms on the second floor. I called Anthony to see if he was available to come out and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house ASAP to help remedy the issue. Well, the plumbing was clearly not done properly, so it was quite the undertaking. He explained everything that would be needed to get things in working order and didn't cut corners at all. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and I'm so thankful he was available to help me with this as I'm not sure I would have had his level of patience and expertise with anyone else. He's kind, friendly, thorough, insanely knowledgeable and cares about setting his customers up for success. Completely transparent and insightful throughout everything. He was able to repair the leaks and ended up completely reworking the bathroom plumbing, so things now work as they're supposed to. I had plenty of questions and he answered all of them and never once rushed things. Anthony is now our go-to specialist and we will not be using anyone else for plumbing needs. We already have a couple other jobs lined up for him. I have 100% confidence in him and you should to - you'll be in good hands!

I didn't have an emergency but they came out quickly and identified the problem and got it fixed within 15 minutes. They had to fix what my contractor missed.

My waterline was replaced due to a leak between the house and street. I was explained the process to be used in understandable language. A City of Columbus inspector approved the completed work. The basement and yard were cleaned up to my satisfaction.

I called them because one of the trucks was driving up 315 so I let them know I had a peppered windshield but they didn't seem to care
