I called Water Heaters Plus to get a quote on a water heater because mine crapped out through the night and was leaking into my finished basement. They offered me a free site check and was able to get someone to my house that afternoon. The plumber (Jeff) showed up, on time, and quickly found that my problem wasn't my water heater at all. The leak was coming from a water line behind the water heater. He quoted a very fair price to repair (which I had him go ahead and do) and also informed me that my water heater was 27 years old and explained how they become worn out over time. I asked for a price to replace and he gave me a written quote. After he left, I called other companies and he was the lowest by quite a bit. Called them to confirm the price and even told them what the other companies quoted. They stood by their price and I am now the proud new owner of a shiny water heater. Jeff was the man. He fixed my leak for a great price and then came back and installed my new water heater (and even cleaned the area better than it was before) for a great price. Great guy, great service, and great price. I give them 5 out of 5.

My technician today was Aaron,he was absolutely amazing! He arrived on-time, dressed in proper PPE, and maintained social distance. Aaron was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even taught me how adjust the temperature behind the knob. Definitely plan on using this company again and requesting Aaron.
