Met Tony at Menards and he gave me a quote on a job i needed help with at a rental property. He told me he would be over to fix the issue the next day at 9am. Never showed. Never called. And never responded to any text. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We had another great experience using Stevenson Service Experts. They came out to provide a yearly A/C system maintenance. Our technicians this time were Vincent Starr and Tyler Kerlin. They called ahead to let us know that they were on their way. They provide a detailed explanation of the work that they would be performing during their visit. At the end, they gave an overview of their findings and provided a few recommendations. We will using this company again in the future.

We had our air duct and vents cleaned by Fred South with Atlas Butler on 3/11/2023. Let me start by saying how professional & customer friendly Fred was at the start of the service. Our air ducts and vents were in bad shape, and Fred did an exceptional job of cleaning our vents and air ducts of the debris and dust that we immediately notice the air quality that very same day. His work was fast and efficient the cleaning was completed within an hour. I had a gas line ran inside house to kitchen to hook up a gas range. Work was done perfect with no holes to any of the drywall in my house.

I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.
