Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

I would not recommend them to anybody! They came to our house a few weeks ago to fix our garbage disposal, & our hot water tank. They fixed the garbage disposal, & it works great. The hot water tank? Not so much! They changed the setting on the HWT, & we thought that's all that was needed, but soon after they left, we noticed that our HWT was slowly dripping water onto our basement floor, & has been ever since. My husband called them, left a voicemail, & told them what was going on, & then I left them an email on their website, saying the same thing. We've heard absolutely nothing from them! We even paid them $75 for the service call for them to come out the one time that they did, & now, we can't get them to come back out here again!

Less than 1 star not available. Mike came out and did nothing but turn on the kitchen sink and look at the drain pipe in the basement. In his experienced opinion, the pipe was frozen. He then said he had to get authorization and left. 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours later he called and said that my warranty company wouldn't cover an act of God since it was frozen. It is a drain pipe, there is no where for water to stand to freeze. I used the sink for doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen less than an hour before water started backing up. This guy got paid his $100 +/- from the warranty company and left. Husband tried to snake the drain and surprise, it can't get past the clean out in the basement, he got past the area Mike said was frozen. Still no water, still not fixed. Delays due to Mike's lazy excuse of frozen pipe and taking the money and leaving, Now I have to argue with the warranty company about a second opinion due to this man's inability to take 20 minutes to do the job he was paid to do.

I called them because one of the trucks was driving up 315 so I let them know I had a peppered windshield but they didn't seem to care
