When my AC wasnt running properly on Monday, i had this feeling I wasn’t going to get an appointment soon with it beginning to get hotter out. I called tuesday and got an appointment today Wednesday. Lavon and Earnest were polite, explained what the problem was, and got the job done within a decent time frame.

Dave and his team did a fantastic job, clean and quick Especially fitting the water filter system into a tiny space which required some extra creativity to make it disappear behind a cupboard.

He was so kind in discussing what I would need and helping me prepare to make sure everything would go smoothly. He arrived on time, stayed until everything was done, and definitely made my life so much easier. Already working on getting him back to help with a new hot water heater install. Jeremy and Jenny do quality work at reasonable prices. They removed and replaced the trim around my patio door. They also replaced some rotted wood on the side of my garage. They sealed everything and painted the finished project. Woodpecker holes on my second story were also filled, sanded, and painted. Everything looks good as new. HIGHLY recommended.

After two no shows from other companies, I found chucks septic. Not only were they one of the lowest priced, they showed up within 24 hours. The receptionist was very polite and had a clear understanding of my frustration. When they arrived they inspected the job and got to work promptly, even explaining how our system works (new house). They only left after making sure everything was in working order. Will use again in the future!
