I had some major plumbing issues and called Integrity plumbing. Originally had an appointment for the next day but they were able to get to me later the same day. I've had issues in the past and had dug up a small section exposing the drain line under the basement slab only about 2ft square. It has since been filled back in with gravel and dirt but not yet the concrete. One of the plumbers kept spitting on the dirt potion of the floor. I know its a basment and that portion of the floor is dirt but its still in my home! The main plumber actually did a great job sewer jetting my line and providing a camera inspection. After issues were identified that needed corrected I asked for an estimate for repairs since the job would be rather extensive. He took measurements and said an estimate would arrive by email within a couple days. Two and a half weeks go by and no estimate. I call the company and they look up my file and the old work order and I was told that someone would be giving me a call in a day or two. That was a over two weeks ago. I was ready and willing to hand over just about any amount of money needed to fix my issue, but guess who doen't get my business any more and I don't recomend you use them either

We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

DO NOT USE. If your warranty company assigns them, ask for a new one. They came out, inspected our water heater and said Yep you need a new one, here is the estimate $359 for the things the warranty company doesn't cover, sign here and we will order, could take 2-4weeks because of pandemic to get the tank in. I called to follow up, no answers (multiple times). Finally I got ahold of someone and he said Im busy but Ill call you back. Our warranty company got involved and also couldn't get ahold of them. I left multiple messages. Its over 2 mos now and no water heater, no response and they closed the ticket with the warranty company like they had done the work. Warranty company is going to take care of us with someone else but this company is not real.

I called them because one of the trucks was driving up 315 so I let them know I had a peppered windshield but they didn't seem to care

I CALLED RITEWAY PLUMBING ON 10..31..2019 ..TO HAVE SOME PLUMBING WORK DONE .I PAID HIM ..TIM FANNING IN FULL TO DO THE JOB..BUT HE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT HE HAD TO LEAVE TOWN THE NEXT DAY. BUT HE LEFT AND NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THE JOB..I PAID HIM 600 HUNDRED DOLLARS. HE TOOK MY MONEY AND LEFT TOWN..HE STILL OWES ME MY MONEY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I THINK HE IS A CROOK. MY OPINION IS TO NOT REFER HIM TO ANYONE ELSE. HE IS A SCAMMER.
