We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.

Tony was fantastic! Same day service on my sump pump, and very reasonable. The communication via e-mail, phone and text was the best I have ever experienced with any contractor. Top notch.

Chad Music quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He and Jason James provided us with very useful information. They were very courteous and professional.

DO NOT USE. If your warranty company assigns them, ask for a new one. They came out, inspected our water heater and said Yep you need a new one, here is the estimate $359 for the things the warranty company doesn't cover, sign here and we will order, could take 2-4weeks because of pandemic to get the tank in. I called to follow up, no answers (multiple times). Finally I got ahold of someone and he said Im busy but Ill call you back. Our warranty company got involved and also couldn't get ahold of them. I left multiple messages. Its over 2 mos now and no water heater, no response and they closed the ticket with the warranty company like they had done the work. Warranty company is going to take care of us with someone else but this company is not real.

Worst plumbers ever!

1. He threw zip ties and other trash into the pit potentially clogging the pump or trapping the float switches. Causing a flood hazard.

2. He installed the back up pump below the regular pump causing it to run continuously. Risking burning it out or destroying the battery.

3. He left LIVE wires hanging from the battery as a fire or shock hazard.

4. He never closed the pit and small children are in the house.

5. I called the company to complain but no one answered.

6. Never retied any if the wires or lines he cut so they were wrapped around the pumps blocking float switches and flood risk.

7. Added boggas charges to my bill.

I told Harmony Pumbers yesterday when they called me about extra charges that I was not willing to pay any.

The representative said exta charges were for pipe modification and when I asked what modification he could not explain.

I explained there was already an existing pump and he just needed to replace it. Nothing requiring pipe modification outside standard install. He answered ok and that he would send the tech back to do the job.

I went to examine the job today and it was the worst plumbing I have ever seen!

I called them because one of the trucks was driving up 315 so I let them know I had a peppered windshield but they didn't seem to care
