I would like a refund. This guy came over looked at my system says it needs to he replaced. Ran no diagnostics and gave me a quote $13000 to get a new one. I had someone else come out now from a different company, they ran diagnostics. So pretty much I paid you to send a salesman out here?

Their site says 24hrs but it took them 4 days to come out for a call. Their excuse was that they were out of the office for the weekend. The appointment window was 1pm-5pm. The tech didn't arrive until almost 6pm. When the tech came out I explained that the water heater pilot light had kept going out. He didnt check any lines or open up the panel to check the components. He simply lit it again, said that it was fine since it stayed on almost 10 minutes. The same night the pilot light was out again.
