I use Amanda Plumbing for my plumbing needs. The Service Technicians are always on time, pleasant, they move right along on the job. The office folks are pleasant, and helpful. No complaints.

This guy, Mike Matheny from Ohio Water Heaters is absolutely fantastic. It was already a dark and cold Boxing Day evening when I called him. He could not send anyone or wasn’t certain he could even the next day. So he patiently and meticulously walked me through my problem, asking for pictures as we went along. Four pictures and half hour later he told me what and where the two faults were and he stayed with me while I corrected them. My furnace is now blasting heat, and water heater flowing hot water. God bless this Santa!

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

They were extremely responsive and especially fair on pricing considering the speed we needed the job done. They didn’t try to upsell me on gimmicky extras or service plans we didn’t need. We needed a solution and Jerry provided one quickly, professionally and at a fair price.

Had dealings with Tim Fannon by phone recently and he was completely rude. He refused to be understanding about why he couldn't have what he wanted in the moment that he wanted it - and decided to use language of expressing himself in the style of someone who was only taught curse words in school and not how to speak like a civilized and responsible adult. Seeing the one star reviews make complete sense to me now. Reputation and his choice of words alone make it clear to me that I will never use Riteway Plumbing for ANYTHING whatsoever.
