I recently had a leaking problem occur with my 3 year old Bradford White (Heat pump) water heater. After going to Bradford White's website and finding Contractors in my area, it led me to call Ohio Water Heaters (Pickerington, OH) where I spoke with the Owner, Mike. After Mike listened to me describe my issue, he said to me, I can either come out to your house and go through a thorough diagnostic and fix-it process myself, or, I can try to save you some money and tell you what you could try to do yourself to diagnose and fix your problem. Then, he literally gave me specific step-by-step instructions how to fix it myself. I decided to give it a try and I did exactly what he said. In the end, Mike was 100% correct about my water heater's problem and the plan to fix it. It's always great having someone to call who you have high confidence in, and the next time I need a plumber, I am definitely calling Mike!

My furnace went out due to a power surge and American Air Heating was the only company I could get to come out same day. Tony worked effortlessly to help my family get a new furnace installed later that week and get us back in our home before Christmas! He was a pleasure to work with and highly recommended!
