James was our technician here in Colorado Springs. He removed the toilet and could not get the item stuck in it removed and told us we would have to get a new toilet. After we told him we couldn’t afford it and needed him to just put it back on and we would have to figure something out, he called his boss and got us a new toilet, installed and everything, for the price of the house call.
