Told us it would be $290 to fix. That’s fine. Then technician said he couldn’t fix it and we needed to call the manufacturer. Charged us $300 for nothing. Called the manufacturer and they said “could be a simple fix let’s trouble shoot it”. We realize the tech didn’t put it back together. We call and they tell us it would be another charge to send someone out to put it back together. Single mom, can’t keep paying you for nothing. He said “you shouldn’t of called us if you don’t have the money to fix it”, I have money to fix it but not to keep paying you for nothing. He replied “I’ve been a single father, it’s not that hard”. They never discussed prices or fees then said that is our fault for not asking and that the prices are also online. I looked and never found the prices listed. We will never use bullseyes plumbing again nor will recommend them.

Update: new plumber out. Original technician broke a part on the water heater. Called to let them know that a part was broke and how unprofessional it was to not admit it and fix it and they said “we have already refunded your money and are not sending anyone else out”. So now we are going to be three days without hot water because of the holiday.
