Sam came out to diagnose our air conditioning. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything and got the electrician set up quickly so we could safely move forward in the work that needed to be done.

The technician, Arber, was very thorough, professional, and explained things in detail about my HVAC system. He made sure I understood what was happening with it.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that WireNut tends to have to reschedule often - probably because they're so busy.
