Technician was rude, unprofessional and told us that certain parts were going to be repaired but didn't actually do it then told our warranty company they did. When he came back a second time, after it stopped working, again, he said all he can do is turn up the heat to 150 (which can burn skin) and essentially told us to f*ck off as he walked out the door. Now, we're stuck with lukewarm water in the middle of Winter, I'm pregnant and out $100 for it to be fixed but never happened. Save yourself a world of frustration and anger and choose another contractor.

Craig was amazing! He came in and unclogged my kitchen sink in 15 minutes after I was at my wits end. He remembered my home and knew exactly what to do.
