It was hard even giving these guys a one star as it is more than they deserve. The last 2 weeks they have cancelled on me twice...after making me stay at home for 6 hours letting me know their technician is coming after me calling 4 times for then to tell me they had to reschedule 6 hours into me waiting!!! All I needed was a new thermostat and supposedly a 10 minute job per their own technician. Previous appointments have been a mess as well and it took them 3 appointments to have a carbon monoxide alarm for my brand new system to pass inspection. At the end I had to send pictures to regionals. They have different technicians for each specialty (furnace, A/C, electrician) so be prepared to stay at home and wait wait wait wait and be happy if they do show up. Too much of my time has been wasted with this company and it is time to move on.Please no standard owner apologies or request for a phonecall as I have wasted enough time on One Source. Just make sure my refund is reimbursed as I prepaid for your non existent service!!

What was done by Wire Nut. After several cancellations on the Wire Nut part we finally got the work done. Then we came home to this. No receipt, to acknowledgement that this what we wanted to have happen to our wall and ceiling. I do not recommend this company. They left two holes in our walls and I had to contact them. UGH! I am unable to upload the photo of their work.

Damien came to the house to take a look at our AC. Took some troubleshooting but he figured out the issue was our thermostat. Great guy with a lot of knowledge! Thanks One Source!
