I highly recommend Mr Rooter to anyone facing sewer issues, or in my case, total line replacement (due to orangeberg pipe from the 1940s. The entire team operated with excellence-- the two young men who hand-dug the holes with smiling faces (as my yard had limited access for equipment), the crew who operated the equipment and worked long hours for 3 days, the plumbers who updated the shut-off valve etc, and Dan, the supervisor whose calm, 'can do' demeanor reassured me all was well every day. Every team member I had the pleasure to meet was professional, knowledgable and gave 100% to their part of the job. Dan took care to scope the line a second time and provide proof to the Seller that allowed us to negotiate this big expense. Then the team worked tirelessly for nearly 3 full days to replace the line and left the backyard in better condition than it was before the work. My deep and heartfelt thanks to each one of you!
