I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

Outstanding service. They were the 2nd person we called, but will be the first from now on. They saw us the day we called (later in the day), properly diagnosed what the problem was and got to us first thing the following morning to make the repair.
