Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Had a slight urgent issue with our evaporator not draining properly down in the finish basement where the HVAC system was installed last year May 2019. As a result we had water leaking down in the furnace, the filter was totally wet, and the water was running out on the floor and started getting the carpet wet just outside the furnace room. I called Comfort by Design around 11:45 am. They told me they would have a tech there at 1:30pm. Well, they where really responsive because their tech David Kint showed up by 12:35pm and was on the job. David resolved the issue and even showed my wife on how she can probably check and clean the condensation line in the future and how often for proper maintenance. David Kint get's a 5 STAR Review for his courtesy, professionalism, and going beyond the call of duty. Comfort by Design get's a 5 STAR review because they have kept up their word in what I expect in regards to expected customer service of what they promised me back in May 2021 when I bought the new HVAC system.
