Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. I was charged 1.5 hours for 50 minutes of work. Charged 25 dollars for a used or spare handle the guy had in the back of his van. The guy was pissed at me because I had him out to replace handles on a shower. I told the guy the buyer of the house asked for a licensed plumber to do it. Still I got lots of attitude and general unprofessionalness. There are way to many plumbers in this town to deal with thieves. Go to someone else and roll the dice on them. If you deal with these people you WILL get robbed.

We can't say enough good about Speer Plumbing. We noticed a problem with our basement floor drain leaking into our crawlspace. We called our home warranty company and almost immediately Robbie from Speer called and was at our house in less than two hours. He diagnosed our problem and came back the same day and replaced our drain and drain pipe. Great service at a reasonable price. We will use Speer Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.
