He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. Just moved from California almost 2 years ago and I’ve tried a couple different plumbers. The first plumber I won’t mention the company name he just seemed like in a big hurry and didn’t have all the answers. Second plumber I had whatever he did the first time he had to come back and fix it a second time. So, I went online and found Perkys heating and plumbing. I’m very impressed with Comfort By Design and the quality of workmanship of their services. I first had them out to replace the ducting and move the return air vent from the floor to a wall in my 120+ yr old home. Mike and Dustin spent nearly all day in my creepy basement and crawl space getting the work done without complaint. I then had them install AC, a humidifier, and REME Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier in my home. The cost was competitive, again their work high quality, and I’m sitting comfortably in my old home with current technology.
