Gilbert was very professional, did a great job fixing the issue, and took great care to keep our house clean while doing a great job repairing the issue. Met the owner Joe and service tech Dana who worked diligently to resolve the airflow issue and discovered the wrong zone damper was installed. They are in the process of correcting that issue giving our home proper air flow. Very knowledgeable with resolving the issue. Would highly recommend!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.
