My whole house was backing up at 10 o’clock at night on a Friday. My emergency maintenance people called them to come out to unclog my house. Cody was here within 20 minutes and even cleaned up the mess after he was done unclogging my drains. Very polite, very punctual. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Terrible company. They scammed my father (who has dementia) out of a large amount of money and broke his water heater. When I called to speak to a manager the person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I finally talked to amy (apparently a manager) who was even more rude to me and had zero personal skills. I will never do business with this company again.

I had called other companies when my drain started backing up and they quoted high prices and said it would be a couple of days before they could make it out. Mark, the owner of Pro Power Rooter, returned my call almost immediately and was here within two hours on a late Friday night. He did the job quickly and professionally for a lot less money than the others quoted. HIGHLY recommended!
