Best Annual Servicing in Colorado Springs CO

We bought a new to us home in March and had low water pressure. We had CSU come out to check the water pressure and we were told we needed new water regulators. A friend recommended Leo's so we called them up. The gentleman who came was prompt. He checked the water pressure (which I'm starting to think he did incorrectly since he did it differently than CSU and plumbing company #2) and said the person from CSU had no idea what he was talking about (and continued to bad mouth csu which I found very unprofessional) bc the water pressure was fine and that we most likely needed new water fixtures since they were probably gunked up from being newly installed. He changed my shower head, charged the service call fee and cost of the shower head and went on his way. Recently had another plumbing issue and called another company to avoid the $88 call fee and had them check the water pressure as well,turns out we in fact do need new regulators as our water pressure read was as low as 5 and had a high of 8!!! Turns out 1 regulator is so bad the 2nd regulator is picking up the slack and had an astronomical pressure reading. Sure glad I didn't waste money buying all new water fixtures since that was not the problem and very lucky the bad regulator had not failed yet otherwise I would probably be needing to replace all fixtures and then some.

I really can't say enough great things about this company. This is the second time we've used them.
First time for a furnace replacement & this time for a water heater replacement.
They made room on their busy schedule to replace a water heater that went bad. I let them know we have out of town guests coming and 3 hours after I made the call, we have a new one.
Hard to find this kind of service at a reasonable price.

They fixed the pipe under the bathroom and patched it with cement but did not even out the concrete so now can't install the toilet back in place
