Our house didn't have ac so we decided to add it along with the new furnace. Within 20 minutes our credit was approved and the contract signed. Two days later the team arrived right on time and by the end of the day we had heat and air. We are extremely impressed and grateful to everyone who works for Comfort by Design.

Our heater wasn't working and the A/C wasn't cooling well. Joseph came out and fixed a loose wire and heater started right away. While inspecting the A/C unit, he noticed all coolant had leaked on top of the unit. A weld didn't hold from the installation. Also the outside unit was filthy, noone told us it needed cleaning. He told me straight up the problems were from the installation, mistakes that Wire Nut made, so we wouldn't have to pay anything. The HVAC tech came out 3 days later and fixed and cleaned everything AT NO CHARGE. The outside unit was always noisy when on, now it's so quiet. Also on really hot days, the inside temp never cooled below 76°. It's been too cool to test it, but it is blowing much better. Thank you, Wire Nut and esp.
