I had water leaking into the basement from my kitchen drain pipe and called1st Choice Plumbing as i have used them in the past with very good results. Dan is a very professional and trustworthy plumber who diagnosed the issue and explained the course of action to remedy. As usual, Dan did not attempt to upsell me but did make recommendations on what to watch for in the future.

He fixed the issue in short order at a reasonable price. Finding an honest, dependable and reliable plumber is important to me, and i certainly recommend and suggest 1st Choice Plumbing

The company came out a few different times in order to fix a wobbly toilet. They were extremely professional and Justin was very polite in explaining issues with my bathroom floor, etc., causing the wobble. I highly recommend them.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and made quick work of the install. Along the way he was very neat and clean, laying down drop cloths in all work areas, and once complete left the area cleaner than he found it. I will definitely use NEO again and again!
